Banana Muffins With Sprinkles

Banana Muffins With Sprinkles

Baking with M, Week 5

Another week, another baking session with my girl! We had some very ripe bananas again, so my daughter decided banana muffins were just the thing.

I think she likes baking them more than eating them. Shhhhh… don’t tell her I know.

She handles pretty much all of the mixing when we make these muffins. You don’t need a mixer – a fork or a whisk will do the job for the dry and wet ingredients separately, and a spoon works for combining the wet and dry together.

We followed the same recipe as our first week baking together, except instead of mini chocolate chips, we mixed in some sprinkles.

We also had some leftover frosting from last week’s cupcakes, so the girls were treated to a very decadent breakfast the next morning!
